MM GLOBAL SERVICES

Terms & Conditions

Clear scope, practical responsibilities and realistic expectations for working with MM GLOBAL SERVICES.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Application of these terms

These terms describe the basis for using this website and discussing digital marketing, business consultancy and professional skills training services with MM GLOBAL SERVICES. They apply to Indian and international customers, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed booking, purchase or acceptance of a service proposal. A paid engagement requires an agreed written proposal, order or service agreement. That document should identify the contracting parties and confirm the commercial terms before work begins. Specific written engagement terms prevail over these general terms where they differ, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

2. Services and agreed scope

Services may include business and offer review, marketing strategy, campaign setup, enquiry and follow-up workflows, lead tracking, performance review, owner handover or professional skills training, as specifically agreed. A service listed on this website is not automatically included in every engagement.

The written scope should set out deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, milestones, fees and the process for accepting work. Additional requests or changes require agreement on any revised fees and timetable. The proposed 30-day SME implementation period depends on business readiness and the agreed scope; it is not an unconditional completion promise.

3. Fees and payments

For the SME Enquiry-to-Growth System pilot offer, the stated fee is ₹24,999, with ₹15,000 upfront and ₹9,999 at the agreed midpoint. The ₹34,999 standard fee is proposed for after validation, not a guaranteed future price or an automatic charge. These figures do not set the price of other consultancy or training engagements.

The written proposal or invoice should confirm the applicable fee, payment dates, currency, taxes if applicable, and whether advertising spend, platform charges or other third-party costs are included or separately payable. No inclusion or exclusion should be assumed where it has not been confirmed. Any consequences of delayed payment must be agreed in writing and remain subject to applicable law.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate business information, lawful materials, necessary permissions and timely feedback and approvals. They should provide access through appropriate platform permissions rather than sharing passwords or private keys through the enquiry form.

Customers remain responsible for their products, services, capacity to serve customers, pricing, claims and applicable business obligations. Marketing materials and customer data must be used lawfully and with any required permissions. Delays in required information, approvals, access or other customer dependencies may affect the agreed timetable.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation, postponement and rescheduling arrangements should be confirmed in the written engagement agreement before payment. No universal cancellation window, cancellation fee or training rescheduling entitlement is stated on this website.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact MM GLOBAL SERVICES as soon as possible using your engagement details. Any settlement should take account of the agreed terms, work actually completed, authorised third-party costs and applicable legal rights. These terms do not declare all payments automatically non-refundable.

6. Refunds and deliverable completion

Refund eligibility and calculation depend on the agreed written terms and applicable law. No fixed refund period or blanket refund promise is created by these general terms.

For the SME offer, the stated written deliverable-completion commitment is subject to the service agreement. Where agreed deliverables remain incomplete, the agreement should provide an opportunity to remedy the issue and a proportionate refund for undelivered work if the remedy fails. The exact remedy period, assessment and refund process must be confirmed in writing; no sales or revenue guarantee is implied.

7. No guaranteed business results

Consultancy, advertising, follow-up systems and training do not guarantee enquiry volumes, sales, revenue, profitability, advertising returns, employment, qualifications or any particular business outcome. Results depend on factors including the offer, market conditions, budget, implementation, customer response and third-party platforms.

Advice, reports and training are provided for the agreed professional purpose. Customers should assess decisions in their own circumstances and obtain specialist legal, tax or other regulated advice where needed. Nothing on this website claims a registration, accreditation or professional legal credential that has not been supplied.

8. Third-party platforms and materials

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, policies and availability. Their approval decisions, account restrictions, pricing and service interruptions may affect work and are not controlled by MM GLOBAL SERVICES.

Ownership and permitted use of deliverables, templates, training materials and account assets should be confirmed in the engagement agreement. Customers must have permission to supply and use their own content. No transfer of intellectual-property ownership or unlimited licence is implied solely by sending an enquiry.

9. Enquiries and privacy

Provide accurate enquiry details and do not submit unlawful, misleading or sensitive material. Enquiries are saved in the private website database and the Google Sheets register as explained in the Privacy Policy. Retrying the same failed submission is intended to complete the same register entry, not create a new enquiry.

Information should be handled for the stated purposes and under applicable privacy obligations. The enquiry form is not a payment channel and should not be used to send payment-card details or private credentials.

10. Concerns and liability

If you have a service concern, contact MM GLOBAL SERVICES with your engagement or enquiry reference and explain the issue so it can be considered against the agreed scope. Any escalation or dispute process should follow the written agreement and applicable law.

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove mandatory consumer rights or impose an unspecified financial liability cap. Any permitted limits of liability for a paid engagement must be stated in its written agreement.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory protections that apply to a customer, these terms and Indian service engagements are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before the courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. No exclusive city, registered-office location or arbitration venue is represented here.

International customers retain any mandatory rights available under applicable local law. If an engagement needs a more specific governing-law, venue or dispute-resolution clause, it must be agreed in writing and must not override non-waivable rights.

12. Updates

These general terms may be updated, with the revised date shown on this page. A later website update does not, by itself, rewrite a previously agreed service contract. Changes to an existing engagement should be agreed by the parties in accordance with its terms and applicable law.

For an enquiry or a request about these policies, contact MM GLOBAL SERVICES. Please identify your request in the enquiry details and provide a mobile number; an email address is optional.
