MM GLOBAL SERVICES

Privacy Policy

How MM GLOBAL SERVICES handles your enquiries and personal information.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how MM GLOBAL SERVICES handles personal information in connection with this website, customer enquiries, and digital marketing, business consultancy and professional skills training services. It applies to customers in India and international customers, subject to the privacy rights that apply in their location.

MM GLOBAL SERVICES is responsible for deciding why customer enquiry information is collected and how it is used for its business. Hosting, database and register providers support those activities; their use does not transfer ownership of customer enquiry records to the provider or give a provider permanent control over those records. Your applicable privacy rights continue to apply.

It does not describe how a customer independently handles their own customers’ information. Where an engagement involves processing information on a customer’s behalf, the relevant responsibilities and instructions should be set out in the written service agreement.

2. Information collected

The enquiry form collects a mandatory customer name and mobile number, an optional email address, and enquiry details. The enquiry record also includes the submission date and time, a unique reference, the enquiry topic and the website source. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.

Information you later provide for an agreed engagement may include business requirements, campaign materials, account-access permissions, training requirements and related correspondence. Only share information that you are entitled to provide and that is necessary for the engagement.

Website and service providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser information and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect their services. This policy does not claim that advertising tracking or optional analytics is currently enabled.

3. Why information is used

Enquiry information is used to understand your requirements, assess service suitability, contact you about your request, prepare an agreed scope and maintain an enquiry register. Where a service is agreed, relevant information is used to deliver and administer that service, manage payment-related correspondence, address complaints and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry asks MM GLOBAL SERVICES to process the information needed to review and respond to it. An enquiry is not, by itself, consent to unrelated promotional messages. Where consent or another lawful basis is required, processing must be based on that applicable requirement.

4. Storage and enquiry records

Enquiries are saved in a private website database and copied to a separate business enquiry register maintained for MM GLOBAL SERVICES. Both records contain the submission time, reference, topic, customer name, mobile number, optional email, enquiry details and website source. Neither is intended to be a public customer directory.

Each enquiry has a stable reference and a reserved register row. If delivery to the register fails, the enquiry remains in the website database and can be retried using the same submission details without intentionally creating a second register record. A success message is shown only after the website confirms both saves.

Storage arrangements may change if the website moves to a different host. Moving the public website alone does not establish that its enquiry database, register or backups have also moved or been deleted. Any migration should account separately for those records, access permissions, pending deliveries and copies retained by previous providers.

5. Current service providers

The current website and private enquiry database use Lovable Cloud and its hosting infrastructure. Google Sheets currently holds the separate Enquiry Register. These are the present service arrangements, not permanent requirements of this policy. Their role is to support hosting, storage and enquiry delivery under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

If the website is migrated to MilesWeb, this section should be updated to describe the services MilesWeb actually supplies and any database or register providers that remain in use. MilesWeb is not described here as a current provider. Provider details should reflect the completed migration rather than assume that all enquiry records move with the website.

6. Third-party services and international processing

Hosting, database, register and technical delivery providers may process information needed to operate and connect these services. Their own terms, privacy notices, security measures and backup practices apply to their services. MM GLOBAL SERVICES remains responsible for its business use of enquiry records and for considering applicable obligations when choosing or changing providers.

If an agreed engagement uses platforms such as Meta advertising, WhatsApp, video meetings or training tools, the relevant platform may receive information needed for that work. Use of those platforms is subject to the agreed scope and their own privacy practices; this policy does not imply that every platform is connected to this website.

Providers may process or store information outside India or your home country. Applicable international-transfer requirements and safeguards must be considered where required by law. Personal enquiry information is not offered for sale; disclosures may be needed to provide agreed services or respond to a valid legal requirement.

7. Access to enquiry information

Access should be limited to MM GLOBAL SERVICES personnel and authorised people who need the information to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed services, maintain records or administer the website. Service providers may have access necessary to supply, support or secure their services, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Enquiry records are not publicly readable through the website form. Database, register and account permissions should be reviewed and access removed when it is no longer needed, including when providers change.

8. Retention and deletion

The enquiry register is an ongoing external business record, rather than a temporary delivery copy. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, manage an engagement, resolve a dispute or meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. No fixed retention period is stated because it depends on the purpose and legal requirements.

You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements. A deletion request must consider the website database, the business enquiry register and any other relevant working copies, including copies held with a previous provider after migration. Maintaining an ongoing register does not remove applicable privacy rights.

Provider backups may retain copies for a period under the provider’s backup and retention practices; deletion from active records does not necessarily erase every backup immediately. Requests should be assessed against those practices and any legal requirement to retain information, with applicable limits explained rather than promising immediate or unconditional deletion.

9. Security

The current enquiry connection uses provider credentials and private access keys on the server, not in the form’s public frontend code. These protections should be maintained if the hosting or storage provider changes, alongside restricted account permissions and secure handling of exported or transferred records.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be maintained for account access and records. No website, transmission method or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please report suspected misuse using the contact form without sharing passwords or private tokens.

10. Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request information about the personal data held about you, access or correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or a review of a privacy concern. Additional rights, including objection, restriction or portability, may apply in some locations. Withdrawing consent does not retrospectively invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Use the contact form to describe your request and, where available, include your enquiry reference. Only the information reasonably needed to verify the request should be requested. Requests should be considered under applicable Indian data-protection law and any mandatory protections that apply to international customers; this policy does not promise rights beyond those laws or certify legal compliance.

11. Policy updates

This policy may be revised when services, data practices or legal requirements change. The updated wording and date will appear on this page. Where a material change requires notice or renewed consent under applicable law, that requirement must be followed.

For an enquiry or a request about these policies, contact MM GLOBAL SERVICES. Please identify your request in the enquiry details and provide a mobile number; an email address is optional.
